The global incident team continue to investigate the cause as a top priority and will continue to do so until the incident is resolved.

We have suspended the service to allow in-depth diagnostic activity and remediation.

We will provide an estimated resolution time as soon as more detail becomes available to us. Information will be posted immediately to this page as we received it and, as a minimum, an update will be provided every thirty minutes.
